Fall is such a busy time for all of us but that doesn't mean we can forget about maintaining our
homes. Here are a few tips to prepare your home for the upcoming season.
Inspect roof for missing, loose or damaged shingles, repair as needed.
Clear gutters and downspouts and always make sure the downspouts drain away from the home.
Test and replace batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and check fire extinguishers.
Clean out your dryer vent.
Schedule your annual furnace inspection and service appointment.

Examine tree branches, trim if they are within 2 feet of your roof and gutters.
