SEEKING PART-TIME MARKETING DIRECTOR TO JOIN OUR DYNAMIC TEAM
Hello Home of Compass is seeking an experienced marketing director to lead the robust marketing efforts for a dynamic real estate team. We’re looking for a self-motivated, tech savvy, forward thinker who thinks outside of the box. This individual should be creative, organized, detail oriented and a team player able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet deadlines. This position will create, implement and oversee all print and digital/social media marketing initiatives and deliver consistent messaging. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, branding, advertising, website management, content creating, social media platforms and SEO.

Manage all marketing and branding efforts to deliver consistent messaging.
Create and Execute Marketing Calendar and Deadlines
Optimize and build engagement through online presence including website and social media. Research SEO and implement strategic ads on FB and IG.
Create and coordinate monthly mailers.
Work with agents and Compass to create both digital and printed listing and buyers presentation materials including books, brochures and supplemental material.
Write copy for social media content team collateral & research content for social media posting
Take photos/edit to capture content for social media and other platform.
Creating videos through Compass software
Manage website. Create content including but not limited to blog posts
Draft creative and engaging e-newsletters and other e-campaigns for team members to send to clients/SOI and
Research local social partnership opportunities; engage in local posts, etc. Client Pop Bys/Gifts: work with team to plan gifts throughout the year including ordering items in advance, creating tags etc.
Work with team on client events and community event opportunities: brainstorm, design and implement team client events.
Coordinate all printed advertising for events, neighborhood newsletters and What’s Up magazine. Research best places to advertise both online and print.
Monitor team profiles on sites such as Zillow and request any updates. Monitor online reviews of agents.
Monitor other top local agents marketing and advertising
1-3 years of Marketing experience
Team player with a positive attitude
Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
Proficient in social media/online marketing platforms
Working knowledge of creative programs
Ability to work independently, taking ownership over projects
Impeccable time management and prioritization skills
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Experience working in real estate marketing a big plus
